The 3-Flap medical file is designed to hold A4 paperwork, and has a printed template on its front face, allowing you to record notes such as a patient’s name, year of last visit and name of referring doctor.
In addition, the added 3rd flap prevents papers from falling out of the side of the file, and a printed grid makes aligning and affixing our colour coded labels quick and easy.
